Welcome!

My name is Nicole and I am interested in all things natural and metaphysical to improve all things in my life.  As a level 3 Reiki practitioner and Yoga instructor,  I am always hearing of products, practices, and treatments that claim to improve mood and health.  I am on a mission to try these out for you, and talk to experts on the topics to bring all the information I gather to you!  I hope you find it useful, and find out what is right for you with your infinite wisdom.   If you have any ideas for me you’d like me to research, let me know!  We are all on this journey of life together.
